I have 13 year’s experience as a Hair Stylist and I formerly trained at Winnipeg Institute of Trades and Technology. I currently practice my skills out of my home based business.
The industry is constantly changing so I am always participating in extra classes, I’m a hands on learner and am always striving to keep current with my craft. Up-Do’s and Styling of hair is my absolute passion!
Some of my past awards include, Wella Young Protégé 06 Gold- Winnipeg Manitoba, Wella Young Protégé 07 Bronze- Canadian National.
I’d like to mention that I have also styled over 60 weddings, special events and photo-shoots. I strive in a fast paced environment and will always guarantee to make sure everything is going smoothly and that we are on schedule!
I’m inspired creatively on the daily by trends, current fashions, fabrics, colors and the changing of seasons. The fun thing about being a Hair Artist is you can create or recreate whatever is current in the hair world. The options are endless and I absolutely love the creative freedom.
My biggest accomplishment is being a super mom to my lovely 2 year old son Dawson. We love to enjoy the great outdoors, fishing, camping, and enjoying a good bike ride or walk! On my spare time my hobbies include painting, baking, cooking, wood construction, crafting, and anything creative.
